Cancellation Policy
We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request has to be made at support@artfills.com with your email ID used during registration.
Refund Policy
All learning programs come with a free class, post paying for entire course you can request for refund within 24 hours of your payment if you do not like the course.
A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to support@artfills.com
No Refund will be provided post 24 hours of activating a course.
Refunds will be provided on original mode of payment and may take 7-10 days from the date of request, depending on your bank and payment gateway process
NOTE: Please note, refund policy is only applicable for the first purchase of Artfills course. This is to ensure students learning for the first time have a few days to try the product. For any subsequent purchase of further levels, course renewal, purchase of different artform and installment payments NO refund is applicable.
For students who have taken admission AFTER 22 March 2023 below policy is applicable
A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to support@artfills.com
Date of refund request will be same as date on which refund email is received from customer on above email id.
Delight Guarantee:
If you have opted for coupon code covering the delight guarantee. You are eligible for refund basis the following calculation:
- If you have requested refund after 21 days from day of purchase and before 75 days from day of purchase. After 75 days from day of purchase no refund is applicable.
- Delight guarantee enables you to a partial refund. Refund will be calculated as (Your payment) – ( Full Fee of Level 1 at time of your admission) example if you have paid 7200 and level 1 fee is 4000. You will get refund of 7200 – 4000 = 3200
100% Refund Guarantee
If you have opted for coupon code covering the 100% Refund guarantee,you are eligible for full refund any time before 21 days from Purchase.Incase you have not applied personal coupon code covering this Guarantee, company may decide to give full refund on case to case basis, but only if refund request is received within 21 days of purchase. After 21 days of purchase, 100% Refund is not applicable.
Date of purchase means date of first payment for admission.

Delight Guarantee:
If you have opted for coupon code covering the delight guarantee. You are eligible for refund basis the following calculation:
- You/your enrolled batch has not completed Level 1 training of the chosen course. No refund is applicaple if request is made post completing Level 1 training by you or your originally enrolled batch. If you change batch, delight guarantee will be applicable only till date on which your original batch completes Level 1 classes.
- Delight guarantee enables you to a partial refund. Refund will be calculated as (Your payment) – ( Full Fee of Level 1 at time of your admission) example if you have paid 7200 and level 1 fee is 4000. You will get refund of 7200 – 4000 = 3200
100% Refund Guarantee
If you have opted for coupon code covering the 100% Refund guarantee. You are eligible for full refund anytime before completing class 2. In case of a group class, this guarantee is applicable anytime before completing class 2 of your chosen batch. Incase you change batch later, this guarantee will not be applicable.
